This limited warranty shall NOT apply to normal wear and tear and/or the following circumstances:
- If the bedding is found to be unsanitary,
- When product failure is due to any cause other than defective material or
workmanship. - Any damage to the outer fabric of the cover, including wear and tear.
- If the purchaser does not present proof of purchase.
- Handles are not covered by the warranty. Please use handles only to position the
mattress and not to turn it. - If the mattress is damaged because of an inappropriate foundation/bed base.
This mattress is designed for optimum performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of the total sleep system.
MAKING THE MOST OF YOUR FLEXI SLEEP PRODUCT
All mattresses will show a “body impression” of 5 cm or greater as the upholstery settles. This is not a structural defect and is not covered by the warranty. Regularly rotating and flipping your mattress will help to minimize the depth of the impression that occurs. All implied warranty on this product, including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose, shall not exceed in duration the term of this warranty.
The remedies provided herein are the exclusive remedies provided under any warranty for this product, express or implied.
The manufacturer shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damage arising out of the use of this product, and in no event shall its liability exceed the purchase price of this product.

PRO RATED LIMITED WARRANTY
The Limited Warranty covers only manufacturing defects which have been inspected and certified by Flexi Sleep personal.
Your Flexi Sleep mattress will be replaced, repaired, or provided a pro-rated allowance, at our option. If it is defective due to faulty workmanship or material, for the respective period (refer to above) from date of purchase, subject to limitations described in this warranty. Flexi Sleep reserved the right to substitute products and material of equal or similar value at our available option at that point in time
Over the period of warranty, repair or replacement of the mattress will be made as per pro-rated value. The consumer shall bear the difference of the new mattress value and the credit value. The pro-rated value is 1/5th or 1/10th of the invoice price multiple by the total number of years you have owned the bed.

MATTRESS CARE GUIDE
DOs & DON’Ts of Mattress Care
NOTE: Use the handles to position the mattress only NOT to carry or lift the mattress.
- DO turn your mattress once every three months, side-to-side and head-to-foot.
- DO purchase the foundation/base designed especially for your mattress. The matching foundation works with the mattress to provide the right support.
- DO let it breathe. If you detect a slight “new product” odor, leave the mattress and base uncovered and well ventilated. This new product’s odor will dissipate with time and fresh air.
- DON’T dry clean. The chemicals in dry cleaning agents/spot removers may be harmful to the fabric or underlying materials, Vacuuming is the only recommended cleaning method. But if you’re determined to tackle a stain, use mild soap with cold water and apply lightly. Don’t ever soak a mattress or base, or allow it to get excessively wet from water or body fluids.
- DON’T bend, fold, drag or drop. Unless a mattress is made entirely of soft material (like foam), or is specially built for folding. Bending can do permanent damage to the inner spring.
- DON’T jump or walk on. Your sleep set is designed to be slept on. Jumping or walking on your mattress or foundation can damage the interior construction and possibly cause injury to yourself and other loved ones.
- DON’T place your mattress near an open flame or expose it to fire hazards. Your mattress is not flame or fire-proof and can ignite and/or burn if exposed. If ignited, some bedding fill materials can burn rapidly and emit smoke and hazardous gases.
